| Do I have to get naked to dance? You don’t have to, but the only things I’ve ever seen anyone wear are shoes, hats, sunscreen, and jewelry! |
| What is the dance level? The level is adjusted for the dancers attending. Usually, there will be separate sessions at SSD, Plus and Advanced, with the challenge program adjusted to the level of the available dancers. |

Event Detail
Our talented staff will be calling programs from SSD to C1, although the C program will be adjusted to meet the level of the dancers. Current class members will be accommodated with class level tips, again depending on the number that sign up.
ALL DANCING AT THE HOTEL IS ON GRASS OR IN THE POOL. PLAN FOR SOME KIND OF APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR.
Provisional Program
Friday
Registration will open at 4:00 on Friday. Happy Hour will begin at 5:00ish with beer, wine, soda, and snacks. Dinner will be served by your Peel-Off Committee after Happy Hour, and dancing will be in the grassy knoll after dinner. Most dancers will wind down with more hospitality, and visits to the various facilities offered by the resort. Gay bars are a short distance from the venue for those who want to venture out!
Saturday
On Saturday, there will be coffee provided by the resort in the lobby when they open (check with the front desk for times). Breakfast will be served by your Peel-Off Commitee whenever they wake up (around 8:00). Dancing will be from 9:30 – 12:30ish followed by lunch served by the Peel-Off Committee. Dancing will resume with Pool Tips at 3:00. Refreshments will be served at 4:30ish with another dinner prepared by The Committee following Happy Hour. At 7:00, dancing will continue OFF-SITE (clothing required). Join the local square dance clubs with our caller and others from 7:00pm to 9:00pmish.
You’re on your own after the dance, to enjoy the resort, or make your own way to clubs and other venues in Palm Springs.
Sunday
Sunday morning will be a repeat of the Saturday schedule until 12:00, when we’ll have our farewell tip followed by lunch served by your Peel-Off Committee. (Please note that checkout is at 11:00, so please plan accordingly with the hotel). You’ll be able to stay and enjoy the resort facilities until 5:00 PM if you’re not booked to stay Sunday night. Many choose to stay on at the resort for additional days to enjoy the atmosphere there, and to sample the delights that Palm Springs has to offer. Ask the resort for rates for additional nights!
